Eine Flasche 15-jährigen Demerara-Rum, der 1999 in den Brennereien Diamond und Port Mourant destilliert, im Fass gemischt und 2015 von Velier abgefüllt wurde. Für diese Abfüllung wurden vier experimental Fässer, die ihre fünfzehnjährige Reifezeit in den Tropfen verbracht haben, vermählt. Sicher ist, dass es sich um Fässer zwei unterschiedlicher Brennblasen und Produktionsweisen handelt. Zum einen ist in dieser Flasche Rum, der aus der Metal Coffey Still des ehemaligen Diamond Besitzes stammt, zum anderen Rum, der in der Wooden Double Pot Still von Port Mourant destilliert worden ist.

A bottle of 15 Year Old Demerara rum, distilled in 1999 at Diamond and Port Mourant distilleries, blended in the barrel and bottled in 2015 by Velier. For this bottling, four experimental barrels, which have spent their fifteen years of maturation in the drops, were married. What is certain is that they are barrels of two different bubbles and production methods. On the one hand there is rum in this bottle, which comes from the Metal Coffey Still of the former Diamond property, on the other hand there is rum which has been distilled in the Wooden Double Pot Still of Port Mourant.
