This 17-year-old Caroni Single Cask bottling from 2018 is an outstanding bottling of the Closed Distillery Caroni from Trinidad/Tobago. Distilled in 2000, 100% tropical aged in Trinidad, bottled in 2018 in full proof of 68.4%. An original bottling from Velier/Italy exclusively for Eataly/Italy. 242 individually numbered bottles of Single Cask #R4002 were filled. The Angels share of this exceptional bottling was about 75%.
